Summary	0008329: Notification
Description	When a notifcation come up and you clear then from the notification bar without canceling the pop up, and try to cancel the pop up later it doesn't cancel. So you have to lock the system and login to clear it
Steps To Reproduce	Recieve notifications , don't close them, open the notification bar and clear from there pop up still remains and doesn't cancel
