Summary0008600: Hyper-V Enhanced - Autologin
Description

Using Hyper-V with the enhanced session mode,
Setting cat /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf -> autologin-user makes the login automatically be on a basic (non-enhanced session mode) instance.

I didn't found if it's desired, a limitation, or a filed bug already, but the enhanced and basic instances cannot be parallelized (it's either one, or the other)

Report a bug / ask this to lightdm instead of here?

If you use enhanced session mode (ESM for short), you completely bypass lightdm. ESM works over XRDP, basically display and interaction go over a network connection between the host and the VM (if I'm not mistaken). In other words, if you use ESM, forget about lightdm. You're not using it.

I didn't found if it's desired, a limitation, or a filed bug already, but the enhanced and basic instances cannot be parallelized (it's either one, or the other)

It's just the way it works, I think you can't connect in parallel, it's indeed one or the other. It's not a bug, it's just how it is.
