thanks for following up, there was indeed an issue in our configuration. It's fixed, and now it works:

It works... for me.

Now is the second part of the answer.

Because Kali Linux is operated by a US-based legal entity it is subject to US export controls. Due to this, there are legal restrictions on some geographic locations where we can permit downloads of Kali directly.

It's likely that you're located in a place where we're not allowed to distribute Kali. Please try again to see what comes up, to be sure. If you get a "403 Forbidden" it means we can't distribute Kali to your geographic location.

There's nothing I can do to change that, sorry.
