As I can see, it was removed from Debian testing, due to a critical bug that has been unfixed for a very long time: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1038747

I imported it back in Kali, it should be back in the repos in a few hours.

Since the bug reported at Debian bug tracker only affects debian-security and has been reproduced with Bookwork (but no Trixie yet), should be a good idea to reproduce that in Kali before making unavailable again, in order to ckeck if affects to Kali (considering it is not a daily-use distro). (I may attemp to reproduce soon).

Well, I made the package available in Kali again. As for the bug itself, I don't have the time to work on it. From the description, it seems it is Debian-specific, and it shouldn't affect Kali. And at the same time, I'm not sure anyone ever tested this package for Kali, and checked that is useful and functional. Maybe it's not, sometimes packages (like this one, it seems) are highly specific to the distros they run on, and need to be adjusted/patched for other distros.

I'm not familiar myself with this package so I can't tell.
