Summary0009005: I have found the Issues on - ( Kali Linux After sudo upgrade Error )
Description

This issue is occurring because there are two tools in the Kali library (NetExec and Responser). When we run sudo apt-get upgrade, these two packages also get upgraded, causing the Kali Linux GUI to crash or become corrupted. As a result, GUI-related issues are appearing.

If your system's GUI has crashed or switched to CLI, you can fix the issue by running the following commands:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall kali-desktop-gnome

after that just restart your system.
