Summary0009034: live-build ARM64 Images Missing "Start Installer" Option
Description

@wetw0rk and some other people informed me that when they built Kali i3 images for arm64 systems, they do not have the "Start Installer" option that would be present on amd64-based systems. Instead, the only option present would be "Start installer (with speech synthesis). (Refer to qemu.png / install-1.png)

However, when @wetw0rk tried this option (Start installer with speech synthesis) it was discovered that the following error would be displayed (refer to install-2.png):

error: invalid filename 'speakup.synth=soft'.
error: filename expected.

When investigated further by @steev, it was discovered that @KERNEL_GI@ is not being expanded - however I suspect that this is an issue at live-build level, as there is no reason for kali-i3. (refer to grub-1.png and grub-2.png)

Please note that the ISO works perfectly fine in live mode.

@wetw0rk built a variant-xfce ISO and the issue is also persistent there - thus this confirms that this is not a Kali i3 issue, but an issue with live-build-config.
