| Summary | 0009034: live-build ARM64 Images Missing "Start Installer" Option | ||||
| Description | @wetw0rk and some other people informed me that when they built Kali i3 images for arm64 systems, they do not have the "Start Installer" option that would be present on amd64-based systems. Instead, the only option present would be "Start installer (with speech synthesis). (Refer to qemu.png / install-1.png) However, when @wetw0rk tried this option (Start installer with speech synthesis) it was discovered that the following error would be displayed (refer to install-2.png):
When investigated further by @steev, it was discovered that @KERNEL_GI@ is not being expanded - however I suspect that this is an issue at Please note that the ISO works perfectly fine in live mode. | ||||
