Summary0009069: Mirror Connection Error
Description

When I tried to install any packages or applications, I got a mirror connection error. I also checked the sources.list file, but it's fine; there is no problem with it.
I did update and upgrade but the upgrade also fails because most of the packages depend on connecting to the same mirror domain.
So I visited the domain on the browser, and it's not loading. Then I tried to connect with the VPN, and it loaded after 3 or 4 minutes. Sometimes, it fails, and other times, it loads.
that's why the terminal can't handle this request time.

Also, I tried to use https and http but they are the same.

This mirror loads fine for me. No problem according to our monitoring either: https://mirror-traces.kali.org/mirror-info/mirror1.sox.rs.html

Maybe try to change your mirror in /etc/apt/sources.list to be http://kali.download/kali - that's Cloudflare CDN and it might work better for you.
