Summary0009075: 'Settings' bug in gnome doesn't work due to some issue/error.
Description

Whenever I try installing kali Linux with the gnome environment, there are always issues,
:
1st- 'settings' open in the desktop, but the tab is BLANK, has no buttons, nothing.
2- same goes for anything related to gnome-control-center
All IS BLANK!
ISSUE IS RELATED TO SETTINGS, FILES.
PLEASE FIX ����
