Summary	0009171: pinephone pro power button fails to turn of screen
Description	see 9161, except this is a bug because it also happens after logged in, while phosh is running, and pressing power multiple times has no effect. duplication is simple: just boot and log in. chances are pretty good that this will cause the issue.
