Hello,
As stated here: https://www.kali.org/blog/new-kali-archive-signing-key/, there was an issue with the signing of the kali repositories.
Well, I'm having the issue with the kalilinux/rolling vagrant image: https://portal.cloud.hashicorp.com/vagrant/discover/kalilinux/rolling/versions
The latest version should be 2025.1c right.

We have recently refreshed how vagrant VMs are created:

Old setup ~ https://gitlab.com/kalilinux/build-scripts/kali-packer
New setup ~ https://gitlab.com/kalilinux/build-scripts/kali-vm

Ive just made 2025.2 live and public.
