I just uploaded the following packages to kali-dev:

    - cabby 0.1.23-0kali3
    - cti-taxii-client 2.3.0-0kali4
    - neo4j-python-driver 5.2.1-0kali2
    - neotime 1.7.4-0kali2
    - opentaxii 0.9.3-0kali3
    - stix2 3.0.1-0kali2

So we shouldn't depend on python3-tz anymore. I'll double-check in a few days after the dust settles, to be sure I didn't miss any package.

I can confirm that we don't have Kali packages that depend on python3-tz anymore.
