Summary0000980: Desktop(GUI) Crash on Leveno B490.
Description

The GUI of Kali Linux installed on Lenevo B490 crashes randomly, putting the laptop in an unusable state.
The LCD starts flickering with random color and freezes rendering the system unusable and needs a hard reboot.
Many times the situation occurs just after login or as soon as login-screen appears.

Additional Information

Kindly let me know which all logs are needed as the issue seems to be "hardware specific" and with any flavor of linux.

It was observed in almost all the releases of kali linux.

We no longer support kali 1.0. Try with 2.0 and reopen the report if the issue persists.
