As reported in 0009105 the package code-oss is quite outdated again (pretty much a year due to my upgrade request back then). It looks like the core issue that new updates are not automatically packaged is the build pipeline failing. Could someone take a look at this?

At the moment several Plugins (e.g. python plugins) are not working and therefore code-oss is merely a pretty text editor. It would be really nice to have a stable and up-to-date alternative to VSCode that people could use natively in kali.

Would be much appreciated to have a working pipeline so we have stable code-oss versions.
