Summary0009817: libgl1 depends on libglvnd0/libglx0 (=1.7.0-3+b1) but only 1.7.0-3 available
Description

libgl1 1.7.0-3+b1 requires libglvnd0 (= 1.7.0-3+b1) and libglx0 (= 1.7.0-3+b1),
but only libglvnd0/libglx0 1.7.0-3 (without the b1 rebuild) is available in
kali-rolling main. This blocks apt full-upgrade entirely with unmet dependencies.

$ apt-cache policy libglvnd0 libglx0
libglvnd0:
Candidat: 1.7.0-3+b1
(installed: 1.7.0-3)
libglx0:
Candidat: 1.7.0-3+b1
(installed: 1.7.0-3)

Same issue also affects mesa-libgallium/libgbm1 version mismatch and blocks
installing aptitude (via libcwidget4/libboost-iostreams1.90.0 dependencies).
Confirmed on multiple mirrors (http.kali.org, kali.download).
