Summary0002650: laptop touchpad and package manager
Description

touch pad is not being recognized automatically, i have done manually with some code but scrolling is stopped now. i think it would be more helpful if a package is upgraded for touchpad, how can i fix that problem? another problem is there is no software center like ubuntu, so it is tough to find software.. I hope you will fix it, thank you :)

I am having the same issue, i am unable to scroll using the touchpad after the latest update. Please fix.

Do you have xserver-xorg-input-libinput installed?

Please paste the output of "dpkg -l |grep xserver-xorg-input".

The initial bug is probably not the same as those reported by all people who commented but anyway the initial problem lacks details to be fixable so I'm closing the bug as it attracts the attention of persons who are affected by 0003332.
