Summary0005025: Installing powershell tutorial is no longer accurate

Linux kali 4.18.0-kali1-amd64 0000001 SMP Debian 4.18.6-1kali1 (2018-09-10) x86_64 GNU/Linux

On a fresh install of kali with all updates applied, the latest powershell package has a dependency issue:

apt -y install powershell
Reading package lists...
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
powershell : Depends: libicu57 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The tutorial at isn't accurate for the most recent versions.

Possibly a problem with pathing of the .net dependency?

You can find that here:

Let me know if you have any questions!
