I am currently being bitten by this failure waves sadly A similar issue reported a little over a year ago https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=4376 and another from 2016: https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=3417. |

The 2016 bug was actually reported by me. This happens when there's a new libc6 but it's not updated in the isos/netboot images. Once these have been rebuilt it should resolve. As an ask for the kali devs, is there a way to generate these images for ourselves so when you guys push a new kernel or library, we don't revert to imaging with one of the standard isos? I'm more than willing to help out somehow if it makes everyone's life easier. As of now, I'm working to build a prebuilt ISO that has my preseed built in. |

mini.iso and netboot images have been rebuilt. It's fixed now. |

@fyzbyt If you want to rebuild the images yourselves before we do it, you just have to rebuild the "debian-installer" source package. The images are part of a tar.gz created during the package build. |
