1) That's not a way to report a bug. Use as clear descriptions as you can.
2) What's the FULL output of your sudo apt update command?
3) Type this command and paste its output in a comment: cat /etc/apt/sources.list

root@root:/home# apt-get update
Hit:1 https://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/kali kali-rolling InRelease
Reading package lists... Done

root@root:/home# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb https://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main non-free contrib

Type in your password, then

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

If this did (or did not) work for you, please update so that it saves the devs time should it be closed.
