| Summary | 0007794: Incredibly slow/ impossible Kali download speed. | ||||
| Description | I cant download Kali. I've tried all of the packages but they all have a incredibly slow download speed. At about 10kb/s, the download has failed every damn time. What can I do? I've searched YouTube, Quora, Reddit, Toms Hardware and your forums but no answer! Please guys I need a fix ASAP | ||||

Hey Brother! some months back, I encountered with same problem.. you can solve this by : 1. Go to kali-tweaks -> Network repo (something like that) -> select Cloudflare CDN then HTTPS from below save that, Now try update and upgrade , it will be solved now |

Hey Its not a problem while using Kali, like "sudo apt update" or whatever. The problem is that I cannot download the Kali ISO from the official site (very slow download that fails). Hope this helps? |

Please try to download using a bittorrent client. There's a "torrent" link for most Kali images (except the weekly image). Click this link, and open the .torrent file with a bittorrent client.. Otherwise, try downloading the image from the command-line, using `wget IMAGE_URL` (replace IMAGE_URL by the image URL) and copy/paste the output here, so that we can see what server you download from. |
