No cap_net_raw+p capability in ping binary in wsl
I tried to ping google.com from kali on wsl but it popped an error that basically said my ping binary did not have cap_net_raw+p capability and I figured it must be a bug

sudo ping as a workaround for now, as you found out. Maybe it's something that can be fixed in Kali's side, when we build the WSL app. I'll check and get back to you. Thanks for filing this bug report!
