Description	https://ftp.hands.com/kali-images/kali-2023.3/kali-linux-2023.3-virtualbox-amd64.7z This site can’t provide a secure connection.ftp.hands.com sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Steps To Reproduce	Step 1 - kali.org Step 2 - Pre-Built VM's Step 3 - Download 2.9GB logo on any of the recommended Step 4 - Error
