Summary0009083: Right after update, OS environment does not work
Description

I updated my linux system and upgraded it, after that I restarted the system; After the restart, the taskbar disappear, the mouse doesn't function properly, keyboard shortcut does not work, and when u open a file/app, the close, mimimize, maximise disappears.
I used used YouTube to try and solve it but I get an error always.
