I do see the kernel error message but how does it manifest to you? Is something not working?

You provided lots of data but no description of your problem. Beware that we are not kernel developers and we usually can't do anything with kernel bugs except tell you to use an older version or try out a newer version.

this is my main problems after fresh install of kali...
cpu throttling problem... happens on boot or opening any application... and as you can see on the image have another problems too... any update wont fix it...

i did changed the thermal paste it was okay i mean it was maximum 75 celsius with hard work but now its again throttling after 3-5 days
